Don't trust everybody

The more I read from these characters on this board, the more I realize that most (not all) are trying to lower the stock price by making negative statements that are not true and also selling small quantities of stock to drop the price. How can anyone state that a settlement is not good and it will be a small amount? I think a settlement is the best thing that could happen right now - its reflects validity of their patents and the shareholders get a boost in PPS
