I honestly think that all the moves being made here are prepping RGBP for a buyout or takeover.

- ONPH announces deal between them And RGBP. Which involves 55k shares of ONPH
- RGBP puts news out the following day
-RGBP announcesintent to become current.
- RGBP share prices spikes and has a massive pullback, at dam near the low ONPH share price drops 50% on a crazy volume day, approx 500k shares sold @ 22$ pershare.
- we have been seeing massive block buys since that event 50 to 80mil block buys.
-Today RGBP announces a cancelation of their convertible debts owed to Zander.

Just find it kind of crazy all the moves being made in such a short time.
