I think saying there will be no settlement talks is the most concerning for investors here.

Could be construed as trying to discourage investors in WDDD so you can pick up shares cheaper. As noted just a few shares sold or bought greatly affects share price in WDDD.

In patent play stocks imo you can have a settlement anytime. You can be correct for two months and then be left holding the bag the next day.
