Yes, in a more recent post, statements were made that no settlement by ATVI until 101 cleared and referenced MSFT Court date and Linden trial date, and inferred nothing would happen until then. So regarding MSFT, ATVI and Linden he was 2 out of 3. His prediction from more than a month ago was spot on in that it would drop into the .30s at least twice, so I would say he was right in 3 out of 4 predictions. Not too bad considering all the moving pieces to this puzzle. He's the Madprophet not a crystal ball!

In my opinion, the possibility of a settlement with Linden is sort of a surprise to most. It is headed in the right direction, but hasn't happened yet.

Hopefully, the MSFT ruling is favorable. If not, and a stay is granted, the PPS will drop faster and further than the small pop we got from the Linden news.
