It's hard to know what's going on with this thing but it never seems to turn out well for investors., It's either a dilution run or an RS and neither are good for anyone but those responsible for this bad behavior.

I don't know what the future holds for EWLL or what good a name change is going to do for them or what the game plan will be, but if what they have to rely on for income is that 15% and the ability to market the PHIZO platform, I don't see how it will change a lot for them OR investors.

Is there any chance that the R/S will NOT be approved given the state of EWLL financials right now? And does anyone have any theories as to why or how an RS is going to benefit them at this point given the record of non-stop dilution? Will anyone really want to get stuck holding this after an R/S and whY?

WERD you keep saying a ""PLEASANT SURPRISE IS ON THE WAY", What is it that you believe is going to happen that is going to change EWLL and put it back on the right course ? Just asking I'd really like to know. I may have not been keeping up with it all well enough.
