I'm not saying that the other company may not have some sort of plans in the works in conjunction with EWLL but EWLL said they were pretty much broke. Maybe that dot.com -debt trade out means something?
I'm not saying that you're wrong but I just don't see anything that's changed that would spring board this thing to over a penny anytime soon based on what EWLL has released, short of that R/S.
