The question wasn’t about what Chad did. The question was whether his departure required disclosure under Item 5.02 of Form 8K. Obviously the company decided that it didn’t and was not a material event.

I understand and I agree.

We are talking about the same thing.

The point I'm making here is simple.

Rory will do whatever possible to hide negative events from the public.

So who knows about this 8k with Chad's leaving. You're honestly finding a needle in a haystack here bc Rory is beyond misleading with anything he spews.

JUST like he hid the original lawsuit from us in public filings.
