#1 Bloomsburg PA - Balzanos’, but I’ve not been back in many years and I fear Mr. B has probably passed on....it was his kids that made the food though...but he made the place. The ricotta cookies I’ve had shipped to vegas for Xmas. Despite my own decent version.

#2 my own personal Sunday gravy - think goodfellas. Pretty much the same but with bone in pork chops. That’s the secret I don’t mind sharing.
#3 anything north end Boston.
#4 Mastrioni’s Las Vegas.
