Not sure I can this issue with NaturalShrimp International, but I'll look further.

You bring up a good point about the employees.

SHMP's S-3 says this...

Employees

As of February 26, 2021, we had 12 full-time employees. We intend to hire additional staff and to engage consultants in general administration on an as-needed basis. We also may engage experts in general business to advise us in various capacities. None of our employees are subject to a collective bargaining agreement, and we believe that our relationship with our employees is good.

As you point out, SHMP has only added 2 employees since February, at least up to April 14th.

So what is SHMP doing? How can they use essentially the same number of employees to operate TWO separate locations? Are they focusing on Iowa and ignoring LaCoste? Vice versa? I don't believe it's an issue of scalability. I think it's more an issue of scarcity...of employees...and/or the money needed to make an increased payroll.

Now it's time to see if SHMP is up to date on its property taxes in Iowa.
