Nice twist of words, but, no one has said Walther was dead. However I feel very comfortable saying that Walther is hiding, ducking legal service and using an alias to avoid legal entanglement. It is clear to all that he admits IFUS is dead. Shareholders ponying up the paltry fees for the Nevada SOS fools no one and proves nothing.

After all, Adelstein's judgment against IFUS & Walther is at least $650,000.00 and the Colorado courts also awarded Adelstein all of the stock in Supreme Energy.

There is no legal proceeding effecting Adelstein or Scivoletto as regards IFUS. In fact, Adelstein just received a much sought after license from the State of Florida which involved a thorough and lengthy legal search.

There is a reason that Walther, under whatever alias he is currently using, stays in hiding.
