Who is exactly 'manipulating'??? I mean come on, looks like it is the company that's so F@*#!ED up, it can't support the PPS... Looks like the company is Dumping new shares on unsuspecting Shareholders, thus driving down the PPS, day-in and day-out... Doesn't matter that NASD & DOW have been hitting new 52-week highs, every day!
