It’s like with another pick of mine recently, speculation and speculation but then the announcement made wasn’t bad but it also wasn’t great and the market overreacted to the twist of the news. People had front loaded for news that was going to send it but the news beat it down. Big time investors/hedge funds etc won’t be buying in here until the certification news is out. Until then, paint drying and price being manipulated because of fear or lack of experience
