Anywhere you see Market Maker PAUL on the ASK... you know there are shares being dumped and/or stock prices are being manipulated.

GTSM is just as bad AND they play games on the L2 with fake BIDS/ASKS. Not sure why the SEC lets them continue to get away with it.

I watch such stocks with a wary eye, waiting for PAUL and GTSM to be done their nonsense. (they'll move onto other stocks to manipulate)

On a plus side, I've set up a data tracker to monitor both PAUL and GTSM so I can continue reporting them to the SEC. Eventually the SEC will have enough of their corrupt BS.
