Harry Zhabilov gave up his common stock as a part of the merger. He only has Series B Preferred stock. All those Preferred shares as well as the Common stock he gave to Cotropia, et al, are restricted. This has been adequately disclosed in several PR's as well as the 12/31/20 Annual Disclosure Statement.
Recently Charles issued a PR with the unaudited 12/31/20 Financial Statements which included a number of items discussed as "Supplemental Disclosure Information". In those disclosures he says there have been no new stock issuances since 12/31/20 until the date of his PR, March 28, 2021.
