I just reviewed my messages and I fail to find any where I stated that I think she granted rule 24. I made a comment that she didn't reject it outright which is a far cry from stating she granted anything. In comparison to what was done to our Amicus - that is pretty good.... in my opinion.

Moreover - 'starting the ball rolling' can be subject to interpretation. Did the ball actually start rolling on 3/19 - the date the motions were presented to the court? Did the ball start rolling when the funding account was set up to raise funds to support this effort? Or did it start when responses were scheduled by the courts? Depends 'whose ball' it is I guess. So to you - an attorney familiar with the courts - your ball is different than my ball as we each play on our own playing fields.

I am not an attorney and my views are entirely my own which I have made clear here many many times over these last 9 years. And I don't recall giving advice -legal or otherwise - other than to relax (patience grasshopper) because things take time and at least were not rejected outright.
