Dyno, I can't speak for what other companies are doing & what you mean by "the fast track", BUT to answer your question~ As best I could ascertain from Charles' Presentation today, I believe he indicated that their clinical testing in Europe would be finished in 4 to 5 months. At which time, if proven successful with positive results, ENZC should be able to obtain EUM approval, which they're already ahead on, because they've been testing for years and actually obtained the Bulgarian Gov't Approval for their ITV-1 patent for HIV-AIDS CURE. Bulgaria Govt approval is reciprocal with USFDA's approval standards.
But the hold up is that recently Bulgaria decided to join the European Union Board, so now ENZC has to do a few more things to comply with the new regulations of EUM, in order to get THEIR approval now. SO that's what they're working on currently.
ONCE they get this new EUM approval, they will likely soon afterward obtain the USFDA approval, as both govt entities are reciprocal, and then ENZC will soon be off to mass production of their products!
Charles made it clear that this is the route they're taking, because it's their fastest route to getting their patents and cures approved, i.e., by going EUM approval route. Then likely USFDA approval will soon follow. But today, as Charles indicated, it is at this stage when Big Pharma co's, seeing that ENZC has met EUM's standards or criteria, that they will then seek ENZC to form partnerships and collaboration.
Charles estimated that it would take about 4 or 5 months for ENZC to finish its clinical testing to obtain EUM approval. He also spoke of the Animal Testing (I think he meant Los Davos at U of CAL) that would follow the EUM approval. Perhaps this is a step which USFDA requires before giving its approval.
I think one of the most important things that Charles revealed today was that they have absolutely obtained the necessary $Funding, which is HUGE, to continue with and finish their years of Clinical Testing that they've been working on FOR YEARS in Europe, due to Dr. Harry Zhabilov Sr's lifelong connections and colleagues, as well as Harry Zhabilov Jr's, which he is continuing faithfully in an effort to execute their lifelong dream to end HIV-AIDS by seeing such products to the finish line.
And lo-and-behold, when COVID-19 arrived on the scene, they discovered that their CURE for HIV-AIDS can also be used to CURE COVID-19, especially now by using the Cotropia's CLONE3 in the mix!

Charles also said that he will be keeping us informed of latest developments along the way, and by that I think he means he will be dropping PR's periodically, from now on up to 4 or 5 months.
This will cause our PPS to slowly rise up (with some pull-backs, as is customary with Stocks), but overall our PPS will increase during this interim period over the next 4 to 5 months.
However, with some people being disappointed that Charles didn't announce partnerships today, we saw a tumbling of ENZC's PPS, for the short duration, I feel. But after awhile, when the shock waves have worn off, I believe that as PR's are dropped, the PPS will start rising incrementally in the near future, til Sept/Oct. THIS is when ENZC will announce its success with Clinical Testing & hopefully EUM approval, & then USFDA approval.
BUT as to what they're doing at the TX A&M labs, Charles didn't say so much. All I recall from his prior information is that they are doing more testing on the combo of ITV-1 and Clone3.
So the thrust or the focus seems to be in EUROPEAN labs now, and once they can conquer HIV-AIDS Cure, they'll just apply it to COVID-19.
So it appears we're off to the races starting in Sept or Oct for both HIV-AIDS AND COVID CURES!!!
Does this help you to understand the time-frame in light of the scope of things, i.e., the big picture?! I wish they could do things faster, but as Charles said, his brother Joseph is working hard on all this now, and that "it's NOT EASY"! It takes a lot of time, effort, & work! We just can't rush science, BUT I also think they're working at breakneck speed, doing all they can at the fastest pace possible, as all at ENZC realize how high the stakes are...MOSTLY for the benefit of saving mankind, but also for financial gain of their Sharesholders, & themselves, of course, finally seeing their life-time of blood & sweat turn into a butterfly.
