Here’s the whole interview.



At minute 4 was when it was pointed out he had no filings.
Previously they were giving him rave reviews and glorifying the chart.
No mention of reverse split getting it there though.
At the very beginning Frank tells him to relax and jokes with him which gave the impression they might know each other.
