during the great dump of 2019, we went straight down there was no price move upwards once 400M to 1B dump days happened from trip 5 to nobid.

and on the recent dilution days we had record volume but churned at the 4/6

I think a lot of this volume was new blood PLUS cover and re-shorting for about 1.5 billion shares that typically get shorted and covered in a 2 week cycle here at UBQU (I believe citadel is doing it, again most of the bids and asks today were either placed or brokered by CDEL) the problem that the new blood ruined their 6 shorts. so they had to cover those, and then started placing huge asks up. I continue to believe that another entity besides James Ballas controls those last 10B shares.

of course, if in a few days you see the float has gone from 14 bil to 17 billion, then yeah, your theory is correct.

regardless, it was a good day for UBQU. and I continue to believe there are more to come. I do appreciate your positive note that this happened before they updated financials.
