I'm not sure how they do it, but nearly every time they have diluted in the past they have managed to drive the price upward in the process (on their big dilution days). It's impressive that they are able to do this, but I have never figured out the particulars. They did used to have press releases sometimes and use that momentum, but other times it's like the volume comes out of nowhere and they just filter it in once the price is rising.

On a positive note, this happened several times right before they updated financials. If that's the case here, maybe you guys will see some fins soon.

It is interesting, though, that millions of dollars worth of shares has changed hands today. This seems to beyond the capabilities of small time manipulators I have suspected in the past.
