No any SEC or otcmarkets.com filing at all! The SS was Outdated Three And Half A Years! TYTN is a Pos Scam as I can tell! The so-called "filing" is just a vehicle to scam the investors! Which was why it spiked 70-Bagger from its most-recent or 52-week low 0.0004 to 0.028 while previous 52-week-high was only 0.012!

Note, the All-Time-Low was 0.0002!

Just a few weeks ago it ever crashed down to 0.0016 and a month ago it ever crashed down to 0.0011!

I bet this Pos Scam will crash back to 0.0016 ~ 0.0011 again in the coming days/weeks once the investors have recognized the true fact here...

Anyway with Very-Similar-SS its peer MWWC (39M shares OS and 26M shares float) is still trading at 0.0006 ~ 0.0004 today v.s. TYTN (38M shares OS and 31M shares float) has been trading at ridiculous high 0.028 ~ 0.0064 most recently!

So TYTN is Super Overvalued now! Hyper Overbought most recently!
