1) EGC looks for strong management and undervalued companies that get overlooked but have strong potential. Like PHIL.

3) Talked about the generalities of the company and the investment areas. Providing financing and advisory services to other companies to help taking them public. Cavico Corp as an example. First ever Vietnamese company to get listed in the US. 3,000 employees, 700 engineers. Another former subsidiary of PHIL upgraded to NASDAQ. His "between the lines" is that he's done it before and he can do it again.
4) Lux Funds - Vehicle for funding infrastructure in Vietnam with a number of sub fund compartments for renewable energy, agriculture, infrastructure, healthcare, education and consumer groups. Focused mainly first on the development of ADE and real estate.
5) More focused about the long term gains than the short term fluctuations in the stock market. He wants to be able to compete long term and there are a lot of excellent business opportunities in Vietnam to restructure, especially as a service provider to our clients.
6) In order to set up ADE, we need to have long term sustainable supply of diamonds... which we have secured in various parts of the world... like in Africa and Canada... oops... stuff slipped out... We also have to have a lot of money to do something like this. Need to have the certification process. We need to have a venue where people can come together and feel comfortable to do business with special advantages. Henry believes we have secured all four of those goals.
7) There is no official rough diamond exchange in Asia (there are others... just not official). Talked about the LCMC and free trade zone being next to the airport.
As predicted a lot of this is stuff that he's already gone over and they were all the same slides. He's just introducing it to new people.
