I think the latest 8K can be viewed as good news.
Putting Cornell on the back burner may send several messages...
(1) JJ has a plan to 'make it happen' but needs a little more time
and/or
(2) an absence of 'Cornell' selling pressure gives mm's a reason to move the SP an upward direction to 'tempt' 'players' into the 'game' for (short-long)-term gains.
and/or
(3) You fill in the blanks....
