I agree. Question: why are there 262,000 shares on the ask at .94 that aren't being snatched up right away by shorts covering? Seems like a great deal for them--one they won't have tomorrow, no? I don't understand what shorts are waiting for? Saw this yesterday as well. Are they betting that MJLB won't get certification? Seems like a foolish gamble.
