Yes, I'd say so, but I'm no expert.

It's ChanBond, LLC v. Atlantic Broadband Group, LLC, et al.

Cox being the first. I see this going to trial, but if Cox loses, the others may settle.

First, ChanBond must win something substantial.

Material information was excluded to us shareholders, shenanigans' occurred and all reported information indicated we had a much larger piece of the pie.

Who knows what'll happen but not going down without something fair or a fight.
