I attempted to buy shares in RGBP a few moments ago. I have other shares that have been sitting in my account for quite a while. I was unable to purchase shares this morning, so I called Fidelity to inquire as to why my trade is being blocked. They told me that this company is not in compliance with SEC regulations, so Fidelity will not allow the trade! I am infuriated...
