2. Even IF he came, he alone may not be able to make that much of a difference, the way Lebron may struggle dragging the Blue Coats to the NBA playoffs.

Not to mention a company has hundreds of employees unlike the handful on a court, so a solo superstar may have a lot less of an impact than you think.

Is AMGNs success solely dependent on it's CEO? I think the answer is more complicated than you think.
