I absolutely agree with you. This protracted "silence" device, which is being used by BIEL's management at this time, is nothing new; it's been implemented in the past. I didn't understood it back then, and I don't understand it now. But, what I doing understand, from a personal point of view, it's very disrespectful of its shareholder "Partners". Full Stop!
