Sorry for the delay but I needed to confer with Jim Parliament on financial questions as I realize you and others are looking for specific answers.
Q- I am sorry to take up your time. I know you have probably received
many question similar to this one. But, I and a group of other
investors from the IHUB board need to know if the price is being
dropped due to dilution or some other selling. Can you please try to
answer the following questions?
Is the original 504 still in effect? or has it been satisfied? if
not, how many shares have you issued to the lender so far and how
many shares do you figure it will take to satisfy the lender?
A- Yes, its still in effect. We have another 200k to go before we exhaust the 504 funds.
Q- Is there other financing in place that is causing dilution to the
stock? If so, please give details and terms.
A- No, its just the 504.
Q- Do you plan on doing a reverse split within the next 6 months?
A- Not in the current plan
Q- Are there any S-8's issued. If so, how many shares?
A- If you are talking about filing for OTC, we have not done that yet. Details to develop once the audit is done.
