Ask them this for starters:

Is the original 504 still in effect? or has it been satisfied? if not, how many shares have you issued to the lender so far and how many shares do you figure it will take to satisfy the lender?

Is there other financials in place that is causing dilution to the stock? If so, please give details and terms. As part owner of this company we are entitled to know.

Do you plan on doing a reverse split within the next 6 months?

Is there any S-8's issued. If so, how many shares?
