Eddie--BDGR's O/S is 40 BILLION according to your filing of 2/8/2021. Why do you refuse to notify your T/A of this so he can verify the true number with OTC. Or do you purposefully intend to keep using them in a scheme to dupe the uninformed on the official site that everyone relies on?

And--since you put such tremendous emphasis on success in bringing tickers from "STOP" to "PINK CURRENT"--why have you let one of sister PB*HG implode from PINK back to STOP? Why are you refusing to file an "Annual Report (Q4) which OTC says is due "within 90 days of the fiscal year end (i.e. due April 1st). By your not even filing a "notice of late filing" you apparently either can't do your job -or- you didn't want to make an effort to do so given the additional 5 days.

As for both, IMO no one is that busy. If they are then they are clearly not capable of the duties the job requires. Or, as in your case, they're too busy hyping the next vague, unverifiable, hopelessly convoluted, pie-in-the-sky, smoke-n-mirrors venture among your various "whack-a-mole" tickers.
