boi, I'm not punishing anyone as the increase will pass as it is a straight forward deal that s/h understand; the first vote on the preferred was not such (suspicious minds back then).

I composed note for TGD yesterday, but in the light of today, I scrapped it. Presently, working on a new draft to express my disappointment. Nevertheless ...
