I also have to wonder...the golden parachute for c suite went into effect this year where a change in control vests the options. Have to wonder if this was put in place knowing Karim was taking over. Just don’t know why that would be needed. Just sell it already. Perhaps the BOD has a plan. Karim comes and pulls off revenue growth trajectory and then BO next year. I just don’t want to wait that long. I’ll flip some of these shares I have in my E*TRADE acct going forward as I’m kind of cash poor right now. Covid netted ER docs 15% less hours and 20% pay decreases across the board...most groups were bought out by hedge funds and they are squeezing us rotten cause they increased the number of ED residents and residencies by 100% in the last 8 years. We gonna have an excess of ED docs of 9000 by 2030 according to a position statement this week. . All shares in the 401k’s are innit to win it.
