Poevester - Don't plan on seeing any kind of buyback. Companies that are listed on major exchanges do buybacks, pinksheets just reverse split. Why? Because they can get away with it. Therefore, why spend any money buying back when all you have to do to accomplish the same result is to reverse split it. Then dump, drive it to the ground and do it again. It is like a free printing press for money; it is the next best thing to counterfeiting.
