Ooops! Sorry. That's a screenshot for another SSM case. Think the lawyer alleged fraud as a scare tactic to reduce the amount ($) in case of an agreement, also to get the court's attention.

Don't see anything fraudulent on what Kareem does in this or the other custodianship cases, and he's not the only one doing it. Also, the court made the notification, don't think Kareem has to go look for the existence of ghost Clement.

Still think the Clement option is the best, but only if legit.

IMHO

Always, always do you own DD. Only invest funds you can afford to lose and trust nobody but yourself.
