My fear is that some shareholder will go beyond filing with Delaware for an ASM. I am fearful a large investor may take all of their public statements from April to September of 2020 and file a class action lawsuit alleging stock price manipulation. .17 to 2.51 with multiple estimates of topline by certain dates and then going silent for six months with no mention of it. It would be valid IMO due to the wealth the insiders have gained, and potentially viewed as an effort to enrich themselves and raise money at more favorable terms on false promises.
