BS.

Did DBMM break the filing statutes?

YES.

That’s all anyone has to concern themselves with.

The thought is that scores of others did the same thing and got away with it?

BIG FAT HAIRY DEAL!!

Does not matter.

Example:

A motorist, along with a road full of other motorists are going 20 MPH over the speed limit. The cop pulls that car over and cites them for speeding.

What’s the motorist’s defense? “But officer, everyone else was speeding too. I shouldn’t get a ticket”!

You think a judge is going to buy the “I know I was speeding but every one else was too” excuse?!

No. That one car just happened to be the one he pulled over. The fact that everyone else was speeding doesn’t relieve that motorist of his/her transgression.

Same thing with DBMM.

The SEC DOES NOT ACCEPT EXCUSES FROM CHRONICALLY DELINQUENT FILERS!

PERIOD.

I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...if available, always try to present fact to back up your opinion.
