Is that the rule? 13 months from previous ASM? We didn't do that from 2019 to 2020. (feb 2019 and then April 2020). I hope you are right that we get the announcement. However, with the lack of info from company, I am terrified they will schedule, ask for shares to survive, and talk about delays from covid, and give no other information.
