If Plaintiff is SSM Monopoly Corporation, my guess is that Kareem is fighting back and he is the one asking for discovery.
Anyways, if there's fighting, this should be worth something.
As crazy as this sounds, we investors are the ones who need more discovery about who Clement is and his intentions. Hope he's not a phantom-kidnaper who just wants the company to go dormant again -and never cover the air shares-. Show company activities, show financial statements, show plans, show resume. Not asking for much if legit.
