September 10Q . Im no expert but from what the filings it shows Oasis which took a 9% stake as per there s13 filing in January 2020 still owns many shares and there is almost 0 convertible debentures from the usual suspects in the business . Oasis purchased there shares between 20 and 30 cents in Q4 2019 reverse split adjusted .

With the recent PPP loans of around 200k which I believe are mostly forgivable if used for corporate purposes I am thinking the company is actually in a healthy financial position my opinion only . Seems the recent years of toxic dilution are mostly over but it was with pain to some shareholders who owned previously which is not the fault at all . Hopeful the Price per share increases to a respectable market value . I would like to see 1 dollar . 10K for 2020 should be out shortly .Thank you
