Elan and Amarin. This is playing out like Kelly Martins departure from Amarin. The long time leader leaves 6 months before a BO. In Elan's case it was Tysabri. In Amarin the deal will be , imo, the following:

1. 50:50 partnership on Vazkepa/Vascepa with a European BP.
2. The outcome of the US legal cases will decide if the BP takes 100% or not.

We will get 25 dollars for 50:50 and an extra 10 dollars per share for the 100%
