Whoa whoa. Check new 8-K. Just entered into a $3.3m financing agreement with Evergreen Capital Management LLC.

If I’m looking at the right Evergreen, it’s a hedge fund in Washington State with over $2.5 billion under management!?

Also got a fixed price for financing of .20 a share - damn. Is Evergreen in any other OTC stocks??
