I think between this PMPG new management taking over and the departure of the CFO, the 10K got held up. I am fairly confident they will file in time. On E-F, I am not expecting to see more than what they released in the initial PR. There’s little doubt they are under an NDA until the parent company, PPG, finishes its own due diligence. PPG has been talking intelligent roads for driverless cars for a few months now. That couldn’t be a coincidence!
