Yeah we used to make jokes about what we were gonna call our Transylvanian cannabis.

Part of the land was supposed to go toward Aquarius power tech. Haven't heard much about them in a long time. Still listed on the PHILsite though.

Agriculture was going to be done using PHI EZwater tech. We know that was shelved for the time being.

The problem with getting into bed with other companies is there will usually be a PR announcing the cooperation. There isn't usually one where they go their separate ways. We're more likely to see that in the fins. I think both of those are going to have to wait until we get closer to current. I'll look around... i can probably find some numbers... but my first guess would be any tie-ins will be from old info.
