no. this stock in particular has traded in a very suspicious way based on an 8k that does not outline anywhere near the value that has been added here. not even forward-looking value. watch for the dilution from the convertible debt from shares received at .001. there are 1.8 billion shares that can be issued under the current authorized. will bring the os to 4.8b. rgbp is overvalued by 90% here.
