COOP bought back 3.7M shares from KKR and MUST HAVE bought additional shares for $29.6 million in Q1.

They disclosed on March 29, 2021 that
* they INCREASED the stock repuchase program from $100 million to $210 million
* they bought back 3.7 million COOP shares from KKR (for $119.3 million or $32.25 per share)
* after the transaction there's a $3.8 million capacity left for the stock repurchase program

See 8-K: https://www.sec.gov/ix?doc=/Archives/edgar/data/933136/000115752321000390/mr-cooper.htm

We also know from the earnings calls that in Q3 and Q4 2020 they already bought shares for $57.3 millions (the sum of both), see https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=162821248

This means:

$210 million total stock repurchase program
- $57.3 million bought back in Q3 and Q4 (sum of both, see *1)
-$119.3 million for the current KKR transaction
- $3.8 million left
=====================
$29.6 million which they MUST HAVE spent in Q1
