Rxmd Thats how I heard/understood it as well. So going back to my question from a few days ago, could we see an S-1 approval announcement before a potentially pending involved merger/acquisition is completed? If 2020 financials was truly all SEC is waiting for? I wouldn’t think that review/approval would take long.
