Armen said that to me too when I called him last time in late February. He made it very clear that the SEC has completed ALL reviews (back and forth several times already) and was only waiting on the 2020 audited financials. I actually asked him twice just to confirm his comment on that S-1. He was very firm. I didn’t put this information in my last call summary with him on the board because I thought this would have been too sensitive. Now Jay has said it too obviously.
