Here's my DD on American Laser Healthcare Corp. I apologize if any of this has already been posted.

- Incorporated in Delaware in Sept 2011 as Amberwood Acquisition Corporation.

- In Feb 2012, the company changed it's name to BioLaser Technology Inc. In March 2012 it changed it's name again to American Laser Healthcare Corporation. That same year, it acquired a private Low Level Light Therapy (LLLT) company called Macbeam Inc. The company owned a patented device called the MB Bioenergy Light Therapy System (MB-System). It also has US FDA clearance through Amest Corporation who owns the FDA clearance with 510k registration K030275.

In August 2017, it ceased operations as a tradable company. It shuttered it's website.

Although when you search for the company and Fahman, it pops up all over the place. So... does this mean that we own the tech? Or maybe kinda sorta own the company itself?
