Apparently, it appears that noho, inc. has no website.

The following link one can probably gather some information and come to a conclusion... https://opencorporates.com/companies/us_ma/001191826 - company network - Not yet available for this company and latest events - 2015-10-02 - 2018-12-03

As for sibannac, it appears that they will executes option to acquire lifetime branding collaborative (not noho, inc) and welcomes eric stoll as vice president of marketing for sibannac. Question, if eric stoll will be the vice president for sibannac as I understand it, who will manage noho, inc, eric stoll? Maybe joshua cohen if he is still with the company? This needs to be cleared because how can eric stoll be vice president of one company and manage another.

According to what I read, there won't be any dilution of noho inc. stock because from what I understand sibannac warrants or shares will be issue to noho, inc sharesholder and you will get the shares from the shares that eric stoll get if I read correctly, and if that is the case I cannot see the price of stock for DRNK going up.

Again, even though I am not a DRNK shareholder under no circumstances am I bashing noho, inc. This is an opinion in the way I am understanding it from what I read and it appears to be.

In all sincerely, I hope you enjoy the fruits of your investment and don't let an opinion chase you away from the stock if you believe it is a good company. I do want to add that opinions are not factuals and giving opinions on a company does not mean that one is bashing the company, and opinions should not push shareholders to dump the stock, but opinion should be weighed fairly.

This is my last post and hope you guys enjoy the fruits of your investment and when one hypes the stock don't get excited and see why such a hype is being posted.
