Questions for the experts on the board. Fact-checking on MSM state that the basis of coronavirus vaccines come from the isolation and sequencing of the virus on Jan 11, 2020 by China and also in France on Jan 29, 2020. See links.

A few months ago Axios obtained non disclosure agreements between NIAID and Moderna. In these documents a material transfer agreement with a 3- year gag order was made. A coronavirus vaccine candidate jointly owned by NIAID/Moderna was transferred to Dr. Baric at UNC Chapel Hill to perform challenge studies at the regional bio containment lab located there. The date on this MTA between Dr. Fauci’s institute(NIAID) and Dr. Baric was December 19, 2019. See pg 105 at this link

If the virus wasnt isolated until Jan 11 in China, what is the basis of the mrna in the vaccine candidate on Dec 19, 2019?

If the vaccine in jointly owned by the NIAID? When did they file and receive the patent to claim ownership of the mRNA spike instructions that are being challenged by Dr. Baric? Any Patent slueths on the board?

Why is Axios not reporting on this?

Does this have any effect on the speed or perceived slow walking of IPIX clinical trials?
